When you browse this site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically record a small amount of technical information: your device type, browser, language, approximate location (derived from IP), the pages you visit, and how long you stay. This is standard web traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.

If you choose to submit information through any form — for example, the booking flow or an email inquiry — we collect only the details you provide (such as your name, email, stay preferences, and uploaded documents).

Technical data is used to operate the site, understand how it is used in aggregate, and improve its performance and design. Information you submit through forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your reservation.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

This site uses a minimal number of cookies and similar technologies — for example, to remember whether you have granted access during a private preview, or to keep your form state between steps. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work correctly without them.

The site is delivered through trusted hosting and platform providers based in Japan, the EU, and the United States. These providers may process technical traffic data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We share form submissions only with parties strictly necessary to fulfil your request — for example, our concierge team.

Technical traffic data is retained for a short period for troubleshooting and analytics. Documents uploaded during booking (such as identification) are deleted no later than 30 days after the relevant stay concludes, in line with Japanese legal requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held about you by contacting us at reservation@concept-k.jp. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
