We make every effort to ensure that information on this site is accurate at the time of publishing. Renderings, floor plans, images and descriptions of the residences are for illustration only and may differ from the final delivered property. Pricing, availability, opening dates and amenities are subject to change.

Submitting a reservation request or inquiry through the site does not create a contract. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing and any required documentation is in place. All stays are governed by a separate residency agreement provided at that time.

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to compromise its security, or to interfere with other users. You agree not to use automated systems to scrape content, submit fraudulent inquiries, or impersonate another person.

This site may link to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concept K and KYO Residence are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the site shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Tokyo.
